Lucie has over 15 years of experience in financial, operational and strategic management gained in diverse entrepreneurial and innovative environments. A rigorous manager, she is known for her collaborative leadership and her results-oriented approach. Lucie joined the Q-CROC team in 2015 and has been its General Director since 2019. She serves on numerous committees, including the Board of Directors of the Quebec Cancer Coalition.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, majoring in Finance, from Université Laval.
